We are delighted you are interested in planning a Collection Drive of used eyeglasses and other items for New Eyes for the Needy. This is a truly worthwhile service project for any size organization, including civic clubs, lodges, businesses, religious groups and Scout troops. A collection drive is also a wonderful Eagle Scout or Bar/Bat Mitzvah project.

Collection Drives are a great way to recycle items that people can no longer use but which are too valuable to throw away. It is also a good feeling knowing that those items will be used to improve the vision of the poor in the United States and overseas.
